I would prefer to say it depends on the parents to chose whatever language they feel is best for their child. The more languages one learns the easier it becomes to learn another languages. It also makes it easier for children to learn new words in whatever language you want them to learn. One can even sing a song in that language if the child understands music. Generally, i think its okay to speak bharnaashtrian, punjabi, gujarati and tamil languages to baby."

"It really depends on the child. If a child really loves playing outside or inside, then it doesn't matter how much time they have. I played outside alone with my brothers until it got dark and dangerous. I used to play inside with my sisters and brothers, we played with our toys, drawing and reading books. I had so much fun playing alone at my grandparents home in the village while they were busy doing something else in the house, sometimes I was there alone playing with other kids of my age too. Back then real toys were like small wooden cars and rooms were made of mud, we were just having fun that's all."
